A few weeks ago during the Thanksgiving shopping trip I found some vegan marshmallows. So last night Shannon and I decided to make vegan Rice Krispie Treats. The only problem was the melting of the marshmallows. They took forever to actually melt, then the window to add the rice krispies was rather short. Other than that, they are delicious. Granted its been a while since I've made or had actual rice krispie treats, but they were delicious nonetheless.
